白鰻苗的漁獲產量日益減少，使得產業鏈中利益分配不均，各方蠢蠢欲動。盤商雄哥為殺雞儆猴，教訓了不合作的漁民，過程雄哥的手下阿鷺歷歷在目。阿鷺因此深怕同為漁民的父親阿牛也捲入風波，但兩人間難以言說的矛盾，使得他的關心與擔憂始終難以被父親接受，這場江湖風波最終仍往他們掃去。

The catch of white eel fry is declining. That makes uneven distribution of benefits in the industry chain. All parties are getting anxious. The dealer Brother Hsiung gives a lesson to the uncooperative fishermen and makes it a warning to others. Alu, Brother Hsiung’s assistant, sees everything. Alu is thus worried that his father, A-Niu, who is also a fisherman, would be involved as well. He tries to explain his concerns and worries, but indescribable conflicts between them makes it difficult for his father to accept. The unavoidable storm is coming their way.
